From August 8 to 9, 2024, the now grown VerneDCt team met for the first workshop in Creuzburg/Wilhelmsglücksbrunn.
On the first day, current work statuses were presented on site and the international team introduced themselves and their respective research focuses. The first day ended successfully with a hike to the Spichra hydropower plant.
On the second day, we focused on the research focus of the project, the DC technologies and the next necessary steps. The team returned to the co-working space at TU Ilmenau with suggestions for optimizing workflows and organization.
