On Sep\u00adtem\u00adber 11 and 12, the VERNEDCT team met out\u00adside of their usu\u00adal work envi\u00adron\u00adment to eva\u00adlua\u00adte the cur\u00adrent sta\u00adtus of the pro\u00adject in Eisen\u00adach. The event pro\u00advi\u00added ide\u00adal working con\u00addi\u00adti\u00adons as the venue allo\u00adwed ever\u00adyo\u00adne t work struc\u00adte\u00adred and inten\u00adse on the next taks.<\/p>\n\n

The first day focu\u00adsed on short pre\u00adsen\u00adta\u00adti\u00adons from the indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adal work\u00adstreams. This was fol\u00adlo\u00adwed by a mode\u00adra\u00adted dis\u00adcus\u00adsion that offe\u00adred space for ques\u00adti\u00adons and in-depth con\u00adver\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adons. To ensu\u00adre trans\u00adpa\u00adren\u00adcy regar\u00adding the project\u2019s pro\u00adgress, par\u00adti\u00adci\u00adpan\u00adts then pla\u00adced green cards on a pin\u00adboard for com\u00adple\u00adted tasks and red cards for out\u00adstan\u00adding ones. The\u00adse results were ana\u00adly\u00adzed and prio\u00adri\u00adti\u00adzed during an inten\u00adsi\u00adve ple\u00adna\u00adry ses\u00adsi\u00adon later in the after\u00adnoon.<\/p>\n\n

The inten\u00adsi\u00adve exch\u00adan\u00adge pro\u00adved par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar\u00adly valuable in main\u00adtai\u00adning an over\u00adview of such a com\u00adplex and novel pro\u00adject while fur\u00adther streng\u00adthening col\u00adla\u00adbo\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon across the dif\u00adfe\u00adrent disci\u00adpli\u00adnes<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

To round off the day, the inter\u00adna\u00adtio\u00adnal team took a walk to the Wart\u00adburg.<\/p>\n\n

On the second day we got a tuto\u00adri\u00adal from Dr. Stef\u00adfen Schle\u00adgel on \u201cSys\u00adtem aspect \u2013 tech\u00adno-eco\u00adno\u00admic assess\u00adment\u201d and dis\u00adcus\u00adsed in a round table the take aways. We finis\u00adhed our retre\u00adat with defi\u00adning the next steps.<\/p>\n\n
